Description

Jade plant is one of the most popular plant. Its fleshy leaves in green or deep green color look like jade. The foliage may turn to bright and light orange color with red margins when exposed to a certain amount of sunlight, which is amazingly beautiful. Jade plant symbolizes good luck and wealthy.

Care tips

Jade plant is a succulent and requires very low maintenance.

Soil. Although jade plant can grow in a wide range of soil types. Soil with well draining property is the best.

Light. Jade plant may stay well in bright indirect light. However, full sun or partially shaded sun light will produce the most beautiful color.

Water. Water your plant a few days later after the soil surface becomes dry. Make sure not water the plant too frequently which may cause root rot.

Temperature. The best temperature range is 65°F to 75°F. The plant can stay well during the hot days but you need to make sure the soil is not too dry. Jade plant cannot stand frost.

Feed. Jade plant does not need much feeding and may be fed once or twice a year with a house plant food at a reduced strength.

AVOID DAMAGE:
We take very effective packaging measures to prevent your plants from damages. When the temperature is below freezing point at any transit points, it is important to add one or more heat packs in your order (depending on your package size) to protect your plant from cold damage.

It is also critical to take your package inside promptly upon delivery when it is hot or cold. Heat may accumulate and damage your plants if the package is left under the sun even if the temperature is relatively mild.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT AND PROBLEM-SOLVING POLICY.

Please inspect your plant carefully after delivery. We would refund or ship a replacement to you promptly if you report a damage or a substantial problem with photo(s) within 48 hours after delivery. If the fault is not on our side, you should claim the damage to the carrier – which is the ETYS policy.
