What you will receive:
You will receive a cutting from an angel wing begonia variety ‘Sinbad.’ You may also choose or add eight or more 3" deep pots for rooting and early-stage growing of your cuttings.
Angel wing begonia is also known as hybrid cane begonia and consists of a large and diverse begonia group with foliage of special beauty and flowers of various colors. The plant is so named for its wing-like shaped leaves growing on cane-like, upright, and red stems.
Angel Wing Begonia “Sinbad” variety has silvery and bronzy foliage which emerges in striking shades of pinky-orange to bronze, and then changes to light green with silvery, speckled overlay and darker, more deeply colored veins. The undersides retain a pinkish-golden color with darker pink margins. Sinbad's blossoms are small in a red to pink color, and often covered by vigorously growing foliage.
This listing also includes an option of 3” deep pots which can be used for rooting and for growing early-stage young plants without taking much space.
You may root your cutting in water or directly in potting mix. If the latter method is used, make sure that the soil is kept evenly moist, but not too soggy. Rooting may take two to three weeks.
Soil: Angel-wing begonias thrive in a humus-rich, well-drained potting mix.
Light: Bright indirect. Bright light enhances the leaf coloration and promotes flower development. When grown outside, the plant should be partially shaded. Avoid direct sunlight, especially during hot summers.
Water: Keep the soil consistently moist. Water the plant thoroughly when the soil surface has become dried.
Temperature: The best indoor temperatures range is 65°F to 75°F. The plant should not be left under 60°F.
Feed: Feed the plant once a month during the growing season with a dilute of 20-20-20 mix. Feed more frequent when the plant is in excessively growth and less frequently in winter.
Special care: When the new plant is about 6 inches tall, pinch the top and other over growing shoots to promote lateral shoots to develop and to make the plant bushier.

If you notice your package is stuck somewhere during transit, filing an update request on your tracking page when applicable may help move your package along. You may also notice us to add such a request from our side.
We take very effective packaging measures to prevent your plants from being damaged. When the temperature is below freezing point at any transit points, it is important to add one or more heat packs (depending on your package size) from our shop in your order to protect your plant from cold damage. We are sorry to say that we will not be responsible for cold damage if no heat pack is added to your plant order.
It is also critical to take your package inside promptly upon delivery when it is hot or cold. Heat may accumulate and damage your plants if the package is left under the sun even if the temperature is relatively mild.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For all live plants, we do not accept returns. If you believe that the plant(s) that you received is significantly different from our description, or unexpected damage occurred during transit, please contact us within 48 hrs after delivery. Your detailed description and photo(s) will help us to figure out the cause. We will be glad to replace or refund your item(s) if the fault is on our side.
For non-plant items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
