When will you need to purchase one or more Heat Packs:
If the forecast temperature is below 40°F during transit, you need one or more Heat Packs depending one the size of your package. Generally, one Heat Pack is needed for every two plants. Always order Heat Pack(s) with your plant(s) in the same order. Please read the detailed description on the Heat Packs in Photo 2.
